This 67-year-old man with a long history of coronary artery disease is admitted to the cardiac ward for investigation of frequent angina:
Diagnosis
- Atrial fibrillation with frequent premature ventricular complexes (PVCs)
- Onset of ventricular tachycardia (rate 145/min) – One fusion complex. Ventricular rate 101/min
- Incomplete right bundle branch block (iRBBB)
- Septal myocardial infarction, age undetermined
- Lateral myocardial infarction, age undetermined
