iRBBB, or Incomplete Right bundle Branch Block occurs when terminal QRS forces are directed towards the right ventricle, leading to a R’ or ‘R prime’ in lead V1 and a slurred S wave in lead I or V6, similar to Right Bundle Branch Block but with QRS duration of 90-120ms.
