Biatrial Enlargement

Criteria present for both right atrial enlargement (tall P in the inferior leads (2.5 mm or greater) and/or positive component of the P in V1 0.5 mm or greater) and left atrial enlargement (P wave duration 120 msec or greater and/or negative component of the P wave in V1 greater than 1 mm deep and 1 mm wide)
