This pattern of ST elevation is common in young healthy subjects, particularly in the precordial leads (maximal in V2 and V3) but can also be seen in the inferior leads. Elevated J point, often preceded by a notch in the downstroke of the R wave. ST elevation with upward concavity. Usually tall T waves (T/ST ratio 4:1)
