The following ECG is from a 48-year-old man who had corrective surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot at the age of 8:
Diagnosis
- Sinus rhythm
- Right bundle branch block
- Left anterior fascicular block
- Bifascicular block (RBBB and LAFB)
Comment: In patients who have undergone surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot, the most common ECG finding is right bundle branch block with or without left anterior fascicular block. Criteria for right ventricular hypertrophy may be also present.
