Left Anterior Fascicular Block

Mean frontal QRS axis between -30 and -90 degrees. Typically qR pattern in leads I and aVL with rS pattern in leads II and aVF. QRS duration (in absence of concomitant bundle branch block) is typically 80-100 msec.
