History
A 68-year-old woman is seen in the cardiac clinic for intermittent presyncope, which is more pronounced post-exercise. She is taken for a treadmill stress test, and has a normal heart rate response to exercise with no evidence of ischemia. In recovery, the following ECG is recorded:

- Sinus rhythm with 2:1 sinoatrial block
