• Ventricular tachycardia – ventricular rate 110/min

In the 10 second rhythm strip of V1, P waves with AV dissociation are noted, AV capture is present (6th QRS complex), and the QRS pattern suggests that the arrhythmia originates in the outflow-tract of the right ventricle (RVOT VT): LBBB pattern in the chest lead, negative QRS in lead I, aVR, aVL, tall broad R waves in II, III, aVF. Ventricular fibrillation occurred shortly after the onset of the ventricular tachycardia, and resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful.
