Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia

An irregular, narrow complex tachycardia with varying (at least 3) P-wave morphology, PP intervals and PR intervals. Typically 1:1 P to QRS ratio is present. The differential diagnosis includes sinus rhythm with frequent premature atrial beats of different morphologies. Occasionally can be difficult to distinguish between atrial fibrillation.
