A 75 year old man is now post-operative day one after coronary bypass surgery and the following ECG was recorded in the cardiovascular ICU (CVICU):
Diagnosis
- Atrial flutter with 2:1 conduction, ventricular rate 145/min
- Non-specific T-wave changes
