A 66-year-old stable man in satisfactory condition is admitted to the cardiac ICU after successful aorto-coronary bypass surgery:
Diagnosis
- Sinus rhythm, 93/min with marked first degree AV block (PR = 800 msec)
- One premature ventricular complex
- ST-T abnormality, consider lateral ischemia
