A 46 year old woman with a long-standing history of ARVC (arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy) presents to defibrillator clinic for routine follow-up.  Her ECG is recorded below.

• Sinus Rhythm
• Cannot rule out anterior infarction (poor R-wave progression)
• T-wave inversions in V1-V3 and Epsilon wave noted (labeled ‘E’) in V1-V2 compatible with ARVC
