A 45-year-old man with no fixed address and no available medical records presents to the emergency department with a decreased level of consciousness:

The relatively slower rate in this case helps to differentiate automatic junctional tachycardia from AV Nodal Re-entrant Tachycardia (AVNRT) or Atrioventricular Re-entrant Tachycardia (AVRT). At higher rates (ex. 150-160/min), differentiation may be difficult.
