Diagnosis
- Sinus rhythm with Mobitz II second degree AV block and one junctional escape complex
- The long P-P interval is close to 3x the basic P-P interval
- Ventricular rate 69/min
- Right bundle branch block
- Inferior infarction, age undetermined
