A 43-year old man is referred for bradycardia and occasional brief dizziness. He reports being very active, running several miles five days a week, without symptoms:
Diagnosis
- Sinus rhythm with type II Sino-Atrial exit block and junctional escape complexes
- Ventricular rate 52/min
- The long P-P interval is very close to x3 the basic P-P interval
