History
A 77-year-old man is brought to the emergency department 2 hours after the onset of severe crushing anterior chest pain:
Diagnosis
- Sinus rhythm
- Acute inferior-posterior infarct
ECG 2
The patient was treated with fibrinolysis and there was rapid resolution of the chest pain. The following ECG is recorded 1 1/2 hours after the injection of the thrombolytic drug:

Compared with the previous tracing, the ST and T changes have significantly improved.
