A 25-year-old woman is referred to the EP clinic because of episodes of paroxysmal tachycardia since age 19:
Diagnosis
- Sinus rhythm
- Short PR, delta waves
- Wolff-Parkinson-White

EP studies demonstrate a right free wall bypass tract that is successfully ablated.
The following ECG is recorded shortly after ablation:
